These terms apply to FEIJIALE INTELLIGENCE AI LLC and the AI sales lead qualification and follow-up assistant available at feijialeintelligenceai.com.
Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to FEIJIALE INTELLIGENCE AI. By using the service, creating an account, or requesting provisioning, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business using the service. You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal lead collection, unauthorized scraping, spam, harassment, deceptive outreach, discrimination, malware, security abuse, or violations of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, or other applicable rules. You confirm you have the lawful right to upload and process contact data submitted to the service.
Subscriptions, billing, renewals, and refunds
Plans may be billed monthly or annually after support-led provisioning. Unless stated otherwise in an order or invoice, subscriptions renew for the selected term. Fees are due as invoiced. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or stated in a written order.
Credits
Credits may be used for lead scoring or AI suggestion generation. Credits are non-refundable after 30 days, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may expire according to the applicable order terms.
Intellectual property
FEIJIALE INTELLIGENCE AI LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, designs, workflows, and documentation. You retain ownership of customer data and lead records you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.
AI-generated content disclaimer
AI-generated scores, drafts, call notes, and next actions are assistive outputs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Sales reps and account owners must review content before use and remain responsible for outreach decisions.
No guarantee of sales or conversion outcomes
The service supports sales enablement and lead processing. We do not guarantee meetings, revenue, conversions, deals, deliverability, or any specific sales outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEIJIALE INTELLIGENCE AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify FEIJIALE INTELLIGENCE AI LLC from claims arising from your uploaded data, outreach practices, breach of these terms, unlawful lead collection, or violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service or request cancellation according to your order terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, legal risk, or breach of these terms. Data export and deletion are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable order terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in state or federal courts located in Mississippi unless applicable law requires otherwise.
